As a Head of Partnerships at, Shirene's goals include building strategic relationships and networks, identifying areas for growth, and developing a diverse thriving team. 

In addition to her primary job functions, Shirene has been recognized by Phenomenal Women as one to watch in 2021 for her extraordinary commitment to amplifying the voices of black women in the coaching industry.

Shirene stopped working as a youth coach for a wonderful educational charity before the start of lockdown. During the 4 years that she was with them,  Shirene trained cohorts of new coaches and directly coached more than 300 young people from Year 4 all the way through to Year 11 in primary and secondary schools in and around London.

Shirene is currently working as a Safeguarding and Welfare advisor supporting 16-19 years olds in a large Sixth Form College in London,  coaching, supporting and mentoring young people whilst developing her next transformational coaching programme for parents.
