Ayo Odusanya is a Solicitor and the Founder of Lead Collective.

Ayo has worked in the Legal sector for almost a decade both in the City of London and now currently for a Property firm in the Compliance and AML department. Ayo was admitted as a Solicitor in 2017.  

Outside of her professional work, Ayo is the founder and lead consultant at Lead Collective, a consultancy firm that aims to arm the everyday entrepreneur with accessible legal knowledge to protect their passion and profit. She does this through webinars, courses, providing legal contracts and general advice. 

She is also the co-founder of The Business Impact Summit, a weekend getaway for business owners to relax, refresh, replan and refocus.

She has previously taken on a number of roles including a Trustee on the Board for Girls Brigade England and Wales and as a secondary school governor in London.
